Each house is on ground level. A dining room and kitchen, a spacious living room and three large bedrooms are sequentially connected with a longitudinal central corridor. All residential areas have direct access to the yard.

THE IDEA...
Ame Homes aims to provide a more comfortable way of living in a quiet and peaceful area, amidst clean and fresh air. Each house carries a lot of personal involvement and emotional value. The idea of something spiritual and significant towards the environment, which we inhabit in is implemented—it should be calm and rejuvenating, with the residents being close to and in communion with nature.
LOCATION
Relyovo is a corner of paradise, with over 700 years since its establishment in the 14th century. Based in the Samokov Valley and hidden at the foot of the Rila, Verila, and Plana mountains, at an altitude of 904 m. The community is Christian, and the richness of the soil and beautiful location are prerequisites for the increasing demand for year-round living from young families.
Located just a turn away from Belchin Banya, near the Samokov-Dupnitsa highway and along the Palakariya River. The village is supplied with water through a 10 km-long pipeline from Mount Belchanitsa. The streets are asphalted and illuminated, with waste collection and internet access available.
Ame Homes are situated in the valley above the middle stream of the Palakariya River, at the edge of the village, freely positioned in nature. They are single-storey and blend in utmostly with the existing terrain, without dominating over the surrounding buildings. The altitude is 904 m.
There is an excellent view of the northern slopes and ridges of the Eastern, Central, and Northwest parts of the Rila Mountains, including the peaks of Musala and Maliovitsa.
